If you had, you would have found 5.7 weather dropping fast. Bit of a frustrating sail, as there are lots of submerged rocks at low tide - absolutely no way of knowing where they are, so my lovely new Choco fin now has a dink in it, and throwing yourself round the front with unknown rocks below wan't an option. Added to that, the Pevensey conveyor belt started up at about 5pm. Better than not going though.
